su t\u00edtulo profesional, el bachiller de la carrera de M\u00fasica (menci\u00f3n: int\u00e9rprete, director y productor), Edison Castro Jaimes, sustent\u00f3 de modo presencial su tesis denominada \u201cProblem\u00e1tica de las bandas de m\u00fasica en las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Hu\u00e1nuco &#8211; 2021\u201d. Cabe destacar que esta fue la primera sustentaci\u00f3n presencial de tesis tras dos a\u00f1os de emergencia sanitaria debido a la Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Mediante esta investigaci\u00f3n se busc\u00f3 dar a conocer el problema en cuesti\u00f3n a las autoridades competentes para arribar a una soluci\u00f3n inmediata y oportuna, que ayude a superar las deficiencias y a emprender nuevas estrategias. Respecto a la metodolog\u00eda, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, de dise\u00f1o no experimental, de tipo descriptivo simple.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">En ese sentido, el egresado realiz\u00f3 encuestas a once (11) docentes de bandas musicales de las instituciones educativas estatales y particulares de Hu\u00e1nuco, e hizo uso de un cuestionario de treinta y tres (33) preguntas, las cuales fueron validadas por expertos en la materia. El asesor en esta ocasi\u00f3n fue el Dr. Esio Oca\u00f1a Igarza. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del vicepresidente de investigaci\u00f3n, Mtro. M\u00fasica (menci\u00f3n: int\u00e9rprete, director y productor), Edison Castro Jaimes, sustent\u00f3 de modo presencial su tesis denominada \u201cProblem\u00e1tica de las bandas de m\u00fasica en las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Hu\u00e1nuco - 2021\u201d. Cabe destacar que esta fue la primera sustentaci\u00f3n presencial de tesis tras dos a\u00f1os de emergencia sanitaria debido a la Covid-19. Mediante esta investigaci\u00f3n se busc\u00f3 dar a conocer el problema en cuesti\u00f3n a las autoridades competentes para arribar a una soluci\u00f3n inmediata y oportuna, que ayude a superar las deficiencias y a emprender nuevas estrategias. Respecto a la metodolog\u00eda, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, de dise\u00f1o no experimental, de tipo descriptivo simple. En ese sentido, el egresado realiz\u00f3 encuestas a once (11) docentes de bandas musicales de las instituciones educativas estatales y particulares de Hu\u00e1nuco, e hizo uso de un cuestionario de treinta y tres (33) preguntas, las cuales fueron validadas por expertos en la materia. Como resultado, se obtuvo que las condiciones de trabajo representan el principal problema, ya que los docentes de banda no tienen un aula exclusiva e implementada. En cuanto al informe musical, el bachiller ejecut\u00f3 tres (03) obras en el siguiente orden: Universal Fantas\u00eda Slava (autor: Carl Hohne) Latinoamericana Canci\u00f3n de la Ninfa (autor: Juan Felipe Naranjo) Nacional Fantas\u00eda Peruana (autor: Armando Guevara Ocho) Por otro lado, el jurado estuvo conformado por la Dra. Mar\u00eda Teresa Cabanillas L\u00f3pez (presidenta), Dr. Fidel Denis Huasco Espinoza (miembro) y Dr. Rollin Max Guerra Huacho (miembro). El asesor en esta ocasi\u00f3n fue el Dr. Esio Oca\u00f1a Igarza. Adem\u00e1s, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del vicepresidente de investigaci\u00f3n, Mtro. Carlos Manuel Mansilla V\u00e1squez y el docente Brayan Andr\u00e9 Malpartida Arce.
