diferentes dependencias, \u00f3rganos y unidades org\u00e1nicas se unieron en cuatro equipos (04) para exhibir las bondades culinarias de la zona como humitas, numias, presti\u00f1os, chochos, chicha En un ambiente de fiesta, confraternidad y j\u00fabilo, se celebr\u00f3 el D\u00eda de la Identidad Huanuque\u00f1a en la Universidad Nacional Daniel Alom\u00eda Robles (Undar) con la finalidad de revalorar las costumbres, tradiciones, cultura e historia de las once (11) provincias de nuestra hermosa y c\u00e1lida regi\u00f3n.Vestidos con trajes t\u00edpicos y en medio de una decoraci\u00f3n que rinde homenaje a nuestras ra\u00edces, las diferentes dependencias, \u00f3rganos y unidades org\u00e1nicas se unieron en cuatro equipos (04) para exhibir las bondades culinarias de la zona como humitas, numias, presti\u00f1os, chochos, chicha de jora, chicha de man\u00ed, caf\u00e9 del huerto, entre otros.Cada equipo realiz\u00f3 una breve exposici\u00f3n de la comida y bail\u00f3 al ritmo de m\u00fasica tradicional, conmemorando y disfrutando as\u00ed la gastronom\u00eda y el folclore regional. Adem\u00e1s, se hizo entrega de un presente significativo a modo de agradecimiento por el compromiso y la participaci\u00f3n activa.Los maestros Fredy Marcellini Morales y Fileno D\u00e1vila Gabriel engalanaron la celebraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una magn\u00edfica interpretaci\u00f3n de obras musicales tradicionales, ejecutadas con caja, pincullo y tromb\u00f3n de vara respectivamente: Melod\u00edas danc\u00edsticas aut\u00f3ctonas y El c\u00f3ndor pasa.Las palabras de cierre estuvieron a cargo del entonces presidente(e) de la Comisi\u00f3n Organizadora, Mtro. Carlos Manuel Mansilla V\u00e1squez, quien asoci\u00f3 el concepto de identidad cultural con la identificaci\u00f3n y el compromiso hacia las metas y los objetivos trazados en cuanto al licenciamiento institucional, lo cual es, por ahora, nuestra m\u00e1xima prioridad.
